The Fight Isn’t Finished

100 years ago, South Dakota women fought for the right to vote. Today, we need to continue to rally, continue to break barriers and continue to fight to keep their legacy alive. And we need your help. Whether you want to support our mission with a monetary donation, host a local event to spread awareness, volunteer your services or commemorate the cause on social media, there are countless opportunities for you to help celebrate the women’s suffrage centennial.

Help Us Raise $1 Million

Her Vote. Her Voice. (HVHV) is on a mission to raise $1 million to support women’s history projects. Donations will help ensure the work women have done for the past 100 years isn’t forgotten or left undocumented. Without funds, we don’t have the ability to preserve important milestones in history that shaped our state. Help us get there.

Get Involved

In addition to monetary donations, there are several ways you can get involved to preserve women’s history while supporting ongoing equality efforts. With your help, HVHV can create momentum to make a difference across South Dakota, just like women have been doing since before statehood itself. How can you make a difference? Find a way to contribute that works for you.
